Each session will last for approximately 90 minutes.

The session may be a shorter time or longer time, depending on how many attendees show up to each call. You’re welcome to stay for the whole duration of the session or leave early if you need to.

Please note: In the rare instance that Amirah needs to cancel a session due to illness or emergency on her side, Amirah will ensure that a replacement session is always provided so that you receive a total of 8 live group coaching calls with her.

Also, please note: this is coaching, not therapy, therefore Amirah will not be able to help you with any deep relationship issues or marriage issues that you may have.

Amirah is qualified as a certified sex educator and vaginismus expert. Amirah has helped many women to overcome vaginismus (painful sex), and a fear of sex and she's helped many women enjoy more sexual pleasure within marriage. See testimonials below.

Will recordings of the sessions be provided?

No, because Amirah wants to create a safe space where attendees feel comfortable to share personal and intimate details with Amirah and the group. Recordings of calls make some attendees feel uncomfortable, therefore there will be no recordings provided.

Another reason that there will be no recordings is to encourage you to attend each group session live, as this is how you will be able to experience the most benefit, transformation and progress in achieving your goals for your intimate life.

What to do if the timings don't work for you?

As this is a group coaching program, the dates and timings you see above may or may not suit you and your schedule.

This is the nature of group coaching programs: the host or coach chooses the dates and times based on their own schedule and availability.

If you're interested in joining this 8-session group coaching program, you will try your best to make it work and attend the sessions live.
