Amirah only works with a small number of private clients due to her commitments as CEO of Amirah Zaky Wellness and as a busy mother-of-two. For this reason, she has personally trained a team of coaches to provide private coaching to more women all over the world. Working with one of Amirah's trained coaches is more affordable than working directly with Amirah. Private Coaching Packages

The coaching packages are suitable for women who are specifically struggling with vaginismus, painful sex and/or a fear of vaginal penetration. Over the course of several sessions, our coaches will holistically support you to prepare for pain-free penetrative sex and/or vaginal insertion. You have the opportunity to book a free 30-min discovery call with one of our coaches who will help you decide on the package that would suit your needs best.

Which coaching package is right for me?

• We typically recommend the 3-session package for women who don’t need pelvic floor training or dilator training. For example, women who already know how to use dilators and simply need help with the transition to intercourse.

• We typically recommend the 6-session package for women who do need pelvic floor training or dilator training. This is for women who: have never used dilators or don’t know how to use dilators or women who struggle with dilators and find them difficult.

• Most women do need pelvic floor training and/or dilator training in order to overcome painful sex, vaginismus, a fear of sex and a fear of vaginal penetration. Our coaches are fully trained to provide pelvic floor training and dilator training during your sessions.
