About Ila

Ila is a youth worker and crisis counsellor. Having overcome vaginismus herself, she enjoys helping other women do the same so they can experience sexual pleasure without pain. She believes that developing a positive relationship with your body is key as well as creating a safe space to share and grow with your partner. Empathy and patience are important in her practice and she wants to empower women and instill hope in them.
